The Adventures of Rosetta & Philae
Once upon a time there was a space probe called Rosetta, which was shot into the night sky. She was embarking on a long, long journey with the aim of unveiling the secrets of our solar system. On board was her constant companion, the lander Philae. The destination of their journey was comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.
Join Rosetta and her lander Philae on a wonderful journey to the comet Chury. They travelled for more than ten years and experienced lots of exciting things along the way. Little Philae eventually managed to land on the comet and explore it more closely. Come along on the adventure and find out what secrets Philae and Rosetta were able to unveil.
On the long journey from Earth into space, you’ll hear from Rosetta and Philae what it takes tecnically and scientifically to explore a comet up close. You’ll also find out what fascinating insights have been gained from comets, these “dirty snowballs” that travel through space. The dome adaption of ESA’s great cartoon about the Rosetta Mission will entertain and educate children and adults alike.
Polaris, the space submarine and the mystery of the polar night
James, a traveling penguin from the South Pole, and Vladimir, a funny bear from the North Pole, meet on the Arctic sea ice. They become friends, talk about their respective regions and observe the stars together, wondering why the night is so long at the poles of the Earth. Novice astronomers, they are trying to solve this mystery by reasoning and observation. Thanks to the rigor of James and the inventive genius of Vladimir, their scientific adventure leads them to build an observatory and then an improvised spaceship. During a trip around the Earth, extended to Mars and Saturn, they get their answer and discover that the planets have similarities but also differences.
Polaris is a playful story combining pedagogy and astonishing 3D effects. Addressing astronomical concepts such as the tilt of the Earth’s axis, planetary types and ice in the solar system, the show also introduces key elements of the scientific method.
Have you ever wondered how the astronauts do their job? After watching the Cosmix show it will be absolutely clear to you! But hold tight, it will be a crazy ride. You will find out what a space flight looks like and how to prepare for it. You will jump from a spinning centrifuge straight into a cosmic rocket. And where it will take you? The solar system is a planetary system of the star - the Sun, in which our home planet Earth is located. Enter a world full of surprises and discover its secrets as well as the secrets of other planets. You will also get acquainted with the minor planets of the so-called main belt in the space between Mars and Jupiter. We will also visit the Oort cloud - a huge "storehouse" of cometary nuclei on the very edge of the solar system.

Aiming to engage and appeal to audiences of all ages, the show explores the wonder and discovery made by astronomers throughout the last 400 years.
Phantom of the Universe
From the journey of protons racing through the world’s largest particle collider in Europe to up-close views of the Big Bang and emergent cosmos, Phantom of the Universe is a new fulldome planetarium show designed to immerse audiences in the search for dark matter. A collaboration of Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, University of Texas at Arlington, Michigan State University, IFIC at University of Valencia, as well as other institutions. It is narrated by Oscar-winning actress, Tilda Swinton.

Audiences will get an in-depth look at the mission and how IBEX is collecting high-speed atoms to create a map of our Solar System's boundary.
